Every pack offers a free, watermarked preview (5 icons) so you can confirm the style and icons match your brand before paying. We strongly encourage previewing first.
Because a paid pack delivers downloadable digital files immediately, sales are generally final. However, if the delivered pack is faulty (e.g. corrupted files, or icons that materially differ from your preview), email us within 7 days at hello@aiskillhub.info with your license key and we will fix the pack or issue a full refund.
You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months. To cancel, email hello@aiskillhub.info or use the customer portal link in your receipt.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe within 5–7 business days.
